Almost certainly, all of the hosts coming out Cold Storage, unexpectedly in Season 1’s finale, was a part of Ford final narrative. Perhaps, as I mentioned earlier, in releasing all the hosts of their shackles, by disabling all safeguards, Ford did not necessarily script the hosts to come out of Cold Storage. Perhaps instead, Ford just disabled their mortality responses. Reset them. If this happened, what we see play out screen in the finale, would expectedly occur. The hosts in Cold Storage, wake up and simply resume their narratives. Peter Abernathy for example, while we don’t see it, I feel it’s safe to assume, Sizemore had Peter’s new narrative complete. At the Gala, Charlotte tells Sizemore, he has somewhere more important to be. Likely meaning, Sizemore just needs to grab Peter out of Cold Storage and turn him on. Of course when Sizemore arrives, all the hosts are gone. When we next see Peter, in Season 2 Episode 3, he wants to resume his new narrative. Peter has to get to the train. Clementine seems to be another example, she was the middle of a hacked narrative, that involved shooting a human, Ford. But, the piano doesn’t murder the player, if it doesn’t like the music. After Ford begins his final narrative, she walks out Cold Storage and fires at the first human she sees, William. I’ve heard opinions indicating Clementine or other hosts present should have killed William here. If we proceed with my current line of thinking, things appear to make sense. Clementine is not a good shot. Her weapon proficiency is likely virtually, nil. Consequently, when resuming her narrative and shooting to kill, she only wings William, missing her target. Perhaps because, the other hosts around are not a narrative to kill a human, they do not try to kill William. We see a similar example of hosts doing this, in Season 2 when Dolores wakes up the Confederado soldier and he leads Dolores and company to his army. <\/p>\n
