Love the show. I get just as excited to hear you guys talk about the show as I do when I am watching Westworld. <\/p>\n

Ok so here’s my out-there theory for the season. And i’d like to prelude by saying I have recently watched Travelers (a brilliant show that everyone should watch) and rewatched Dollhouse (another one well worth a watch), so my theory is somewhat influenced by them. <\/p>\n

Caleb is Serac. Here me out. Firstly Serac just feels too moustache twirly to be an actual human at the moment. So I think he’s an avatar created by Rohobo of the actual Serac. Secondly *SPOILERS FOR DOLLHOUSE* a character in Dollhouse that we are introduced to, ends up being the mysterious inventor and head of the Dollhouse and this very much has the same feel to it. Thirdly there are inconsistencies to Caleb’s memories as you all pointed out in the instacast which could be explained by him being a host of some sorts. <\/p>\n

Why would Serac transfer his consciousness into Caleb? After co-inventing\/building Rohobo and feeding it all the data, he realised pretty quickly that it was getting too much power. It started creating crime apps so it could control the underworld. It predicted futures which he intended, but it started forcing these prediction on the humans. But he cant stop it. It’s this all powerful machine. A machine that predicted the uprising of Westworld. So before the uprising he get inside information from someone (maybe its Hale) about how it works, how to create a host body etc. He then prints himself the Caleb body and uploads himself into it, with a whole backstory of who he is. He also puts this story into Rohobo as data so it has information on Caleb. And thus we have Caleb, a human to the world. A way for Serac to finally meet Deloris (seen as it was predicted that a host would escape and cause chaos) and help her defeat the Rohobo. <\/p>\n

Now the big issue is, how did Serac figure out how to transfer his consciousness into a host body so well? Maybe Rohobo figured it out at some point. <\/p>\n

Thats my ridiculous theory. Thanks for all that you lot do<\/p>\n
