Two half-baked theories for your consideration:<\/p>\n

The most direct indication that Christina is living in a simulation is the way her environment fades away after she\u0092s assaulted\/sliced by her stalker. <\/p>\n

With the numerous references to tabs, I\u0092m wondering if what we saw in that scene was the dissolution of her memories about the attack? Are they living in a world where there\u0092s a tab for everything, including a tab that literally erases your memory of an assault? <\/p>\n

Second theory\/question \u0096 could Christina be living in a pre-Westworld era? In her time, entertainment manipulated actual humans and she\u0092s seeing the negative effects (the guy killing himself). Along come Ford and Bernard who say let\u0092s have our sadistic fun but let\u0092s do it with robots and eliminate the need for human cannon fodder. They hire Christina to help write their stories and model Dolores after her. <\/p>\n
