Advancing the plot<\/h2>\n

For me, a story isn’t made great by only and always progressing the plot. Developing characters, giving perspective amd motivation helps create a richer story that people can further relate to or find meaning in. I loved episode 4<\/a> if only for giving context to Laura’s one line, forced and unconvinced she says “i love you, puppy.” Without that context you might think it was bad acting, but instead you see that she needs to believe more then anyone to bring purpose and understanding to both her life and death.<\/p>\n

Coming to America<\/h2>\n

I love them all, they are beautiful and powerful. I just wish there was some continuity. Its not that I’m dumb and can’t figure out what they are doing, but from a visual storytelling approach I think they take away from the interconnections of this world of the spiritual.<\/p>\n

The Crazy Tree<\/h2>\n

It’s a confusing aspect of the story so far, I definitely don’t understand it yet, but that’s ok. We’ve seen it in previous episodes and I have reason to beleive it will really come together later.<\/p>\n

Mr. World’s Endgame<\/h2>\n

Mr. World is like a monotheistic God, with different manifestations still creating worship to the One. To create a new “Lemon Scented” Odin, is to envelope the power and worshipers of Odin into the One God, Mr. World. If Odin is forgotten, Mr. World potentially misses out on worshipers and power, but rebranding Odin into a new manifestaion of Mr. World creates more power for him. This also gives some insight as to why Media could overtake and use Technical Boy’s technology. She may not necessarily be more powerful, she just has access to his abilities as a shapeshifting manifestation of the One God.<\/p>\n
