Gents,<\/p>\n

Depending on how you feel about prophecy, I think Cersei’s baby bump revelation has some huge implications.<\/p>\n

For starters, when Cersei asks if she will have kids with the King, Maggy replies,<\/p>\n

Oh, aye. Six-and-ten for him, and three for you. Gold shall be their crowns and gold their shrouds, and when your tears have drowned you, the valonqar shall wrap his hands about your pale white throat and choke the life from you.<\/p>\n

I am going to say that this prophecy covers all of Cersei’s children, regardless of the baby’s daddy. This is because Jamie was the father of the three children with hair of gold, despite Cersie asking about children she would have with the King. So the prophecy clearly covers children sired by Jaime. With that in mind, here are the options I see panning out:<\/p>\n

Cersei is NOT pregnant and is only telling this to Jaime to manipulate him to her desires<\/h2>\n

This would end poorly for Cersei when the truth comes out; however, she mentioned that if she is going to die she would rather die fighting, so I don’t think anything is sacred or off the table when it comes to her doing what she must.<\/p>\n

Would this betrayal be enough to have Jaime choke the life from her?<\/p>\n

Cersei IS pregnant but won’t carry the child to term<\/h2>\n

The most interesting part of this theory would be that Cersei would essentially have a Best If Used By date. If she knows she won’t have more children, she knows that if she tries to carry the child to term, she will die before the birth (9 month, max). So, she knows she will either lose the child, or she will die before it is born.<\/p>\n

Would the death of Cersei and a child Jaime could call his own be too much? I don’t think Jaime could take more loss. He would die with them.<\/p>\n

What do you guys think? I am on the side that Cersei is evil and she is emotionally divested in Jaime and is using his love against him.<\/p>\n
