Euron and His Fleet…

I know this is too late for the listener’s show I have two points about Euron.
First, much has been made of his fleet shooting down the dragon. It has been said by many that the fleet was at anchor. However, if it was at anchor why were its sails at full mast filled with wind. I don’t remember seeing their wake either. And, in every shot, they are in the same place.
Second, why did not Euron so much as flinch when Tyrion shouted out about Cersei’s pregnancy? Exactly who knew about the pregnancy at that time?
