Sorry, got carried away with my self, or was it my ego?

Have you ever stopped to consider the nature of the choice that is represented?

Is it a simple choice between good and bad? Or is it a subconscious choice between courage and cowardice? The courage of free-will, or the cowardice of pre-determinism?

I’ll keep it short to avoid boring you, but for me the key feature of the second series was the clear change in narration style for Akecheta’s episode.

I feel the intention of this was to specifically highlight that it is not the stories themselves that are important, but the manner in which we relate them, and relate to them.

If we are seeking immortality, then there is a huge message in the philosophy that “you live as long as you are remembered” Especially when that message is delivered by a group who take an active role in the stories that preserve their culture.

The only immortal humans are Romeo and F***ing Juliet for Ford’s sake.
