All I want to say is that I feel like Westworld could be just as interesting and complex if they kept 1 linear timeline (especially this season). The William/Man in Black timelines was one thing, but this season, it feels like a cheap trick to mess with the audience that takes away from the show more than it adds to it. That is all. ‘

As a critique to my own critique… maybe the confusing timelines are because Bernard is one of our main narrators, and as we know the hosts have difficulty disntinguishing memories from the present.
