Hi Shat Crew,

I am one of the listeners that may enjoy the podcast more than the show, or at least do not enjoy the show nearly as much without the podcast. I was running in the Parque do Povo in Sao Paulo, Brazil today and took the attached picture. Big D might know this area (Itaim). It’s affluent and not representative of the City. It reminded me of New York and the Tower. This got me thinking about how New York depicted in Season 4 may be representative of only a small part of the world at large. Do we know what happened to the larger human population (presumably billions), where are they now, how numerous are they, etc.? Westword leaves an impression that there are not many, yet it’s also does not use the dystopian tropes that wipe out most of the population.
