I just finished watching Episode 2 of American Gods and the character I’d been waiting for made his onscreen debut: Orlando Jones as Compe Anansi! Jones’ performance was passionate, sinister, and entertaining. I hope that the three of you will discuss the mythology behind Anansi in this week’s episode of the podcast; definitely something to keep in mind. Also, Peter Stormare as Czernobog was another scene-stealer. Keep up the good work and in-depth conversation.
