This felt like a self-contained episode. Beginning and ending with Jim Delos repetition to his eventual demise. A lot of my friends lauded this as their favorite episode, and while Lisa Joy did a bang up job at directing, I have to say it felt like TOO many questions were answered and it makes me fear where the show will go on from here if about 90% of previous Q’s I had about the show were answered in just ONE episode. For example in contrast with MIB’s identity; it only took one episode from MIB’s daughter introduction to her reveal. How hopeful are you guys about the show being able to map forward the same high level of mystery and inter-twined questions/explanations over the next two seasons? Are you confident they can keep delivering, or do you fear the devolution of a LOST situation?

Cheers,

Odds & Ends so you don’t think I’m glazing over:

Confirmed:
MIB as William definitively
MIB’s daughter
Purpose of hidden host lab as loading consciousness into host bodies Bernard was built for something, is ready to kill and forget

Predictions:
Jim Delos’s DNA/consciousness extraction is the real package they’re waiting for,not Abernathe

Stories that are unanswered that can go into the dusk:
Maeve/ Dolores either rebelling or being written as breakaway characters & where that leads How the heck the guns operate
Just what the heck is going on in the outside world
