Can Bran See the Future?

I need this cleared up if you could….
I did not read the GoT books, but I have read from other blogs and journalists that Bran does not see the future. And I swore Bran said something pertaining to that also…. A few times I have heard on your podcast theories of what Bran may know about what will happen, which he can’t do if he can’t see the future. Just heard one of you reference that when talking about ep 5. I do remember Bran saying ‘he sees everything that”s happened in the past, and happening now, all over the world”…he doesn’t say he knows the future.
You guys are great. I will listen to other shows.
