Can the Night King Be a Warg?

Hello! I’m curious to hear what you think at the possibility of the Night King being a warg. I think Bran being the Night King is a stretch and would be a cheap shot for shock factor. But the idea of him being a warg would definitely explain a lot of the events that transpired beyond the wall. It would explain why the Night King saw Bran in his visions as well as him anticipating the arrival of dragons and thus acquiring one. Paying close attention to the Night King’s composure throughout all his scenes, he is not fazed by any of his enemies actions, on the contrary, he almost expects them to act the way they do. Him being a warg also would explain the dragon riding. Thoughts?
