Why do you think Cersei didn’t kill Daenerys when she showed up at the gate at kings landing? Dany had a handful of unsullied with her and Drogon was within reach of the seemingly dozens of scorpions. It’s not beyond Cersei to break traditions and rules and regulations of battle (she blew up the sept for crying out loud!). She could’ve ended the war right then and there with minimal destruction and bloodshed. Instead she chose to kill Missandei which ultimately serves no purpose other than piss Dany off even more… Does this make sense to you? Wanted your take on that.
