Compare American Gods to the Book

Hey guys,

I’ll make this short and sweet. I found your podcast by accident but I’m glad I did. I wanted to listen to something that would review each episode and go into detail. So after listening to your first episode I wanted to write in and tell you guys that I feel talking about the book and series is the way to go. I have read the book but it was many years ago and I do recall most of the important parts. The series will most likely take liberties with the show and I think it’s important to make note of the differences. I don’t think you guys should go scene by scene page by page. But an overall comparison between the two would be nice. I think you’ll end up turning on a lot of people to the original source material. Of course there may be spoilers but either skip them or have a spoiler section. Who knows, the series may end up doing something different.

I think I’ll end this email here. But I’m all for the book and show discussion.
