Dorne, Daario, Death, and Dismemberment

Hey Shat-ers,
Love the podcast and am inspired to watch Westworld to fill the void for the next few months now that Game of Thrones is off. I have a few questions I have been thinking about that I was hoping you or the listeners can shed light on:
- Dorne…were they on the ships when Yara and Theon were taken? I was certain Yara and Elaria were talking of landing in Dorne when getting ready to play a round of stinky fingers, but wasn’t sure. If they never made it to Dorne, what are they waiting for? I figure if Unsullied can make it from Casterly Rock to King’s Landing then the Dornish can make it to join the foray.
- Daario. Melisandre said she’d be leaving across the narrow sea but returning to die in Westeros. Did she foresee Cersei’s treachery by enlisting the Golden Company and seek her “Red Fellowship” for aide. This will alert Daario who would get the Second Sons to come to Danaerys’ aid. The bigger question, what kind of dynamic would this set up for Jon Snow/Danaerys/Daario love triangle and would Daario be pushed to challenge Jon Snow (always thought Euron/Jamie was a pretext for Daario/Jon).
- Death…There are no more Martells, Boltons, Tyrells, or Freys. I don’t bet on Robyn Arryn holding on and prospering for too long (thank the seven). We don’t know if Danaerys can have children and Jon Snow is technically dead. We also don’t know the status of the Tarley’s as Sam has taken the black, but I’ll talk about that next. My question: who inherits these houses and lands when they become vacant? I am imagining that most of the characters will not make it to the end of winter (so no Warden of the North Sandor Clegane, but in the meantime, I would imagine that Jon Snow and Cersei would be putting families into vacant castles to maintain order and protect people (from wights or “foreign scum”).
- Dismemberment…Sam Tarley has taken the black. A vow that is broken only by death. He left the The Citadel, where he was directed by The Lord Commander (at that time) to go and become a Maester. Jon Snow dealt with Janos Slynt’s insubordination by taking a little off the top. Sam doesn’t know that Jon Snow died, ending his watch. Will Jon Snow turn Samwell in or carry out his justice as Jon Snow holds honor in his vows? I was reminded of one of the first episodes (I think THE first episode) where the warden of the North executed a deserter.
So many good things happening right now! I am super bummed that we have to wait a year for the battle to continue.
Stay well and thanks for all you do.
