Ed Harris Deep Dive Telegraph

Dear Hosts,

Just finished listening to the Vanishing Point deep dive while simultaneously re-watching the episode. A random curiosity regarding Ed Harris’s age lead me to his Wiki page. Turns out Mr Harris in 1981 played a character by the name of William (Billy) Davis in the film Knightriders (which I’ve never fucking heard of). Appears to have dirt bikes in it so I know Big D is on board based on his love of Time Rider. Anyway…random right? But gets better…in 2013 he was in the western Sweetwater (don’t have that in my dvd collection either). Coincidence? There could be other parallels to Ed’s career and WestWorld that I missed. Talk about tin foul and rabbit holes. Perhaps the show writers are pulling random Ed Harris career exploits to give us clues for the big human vs. host question? My prediction is that the Man in Black is rescued by a deep sea alien while breathing amniotic fluid in the “Teddy Flood” just like in fuckin The Abyss. Well…maybe not. But a best of Ed Harris category @shat the movies would be Epic following the WestWorld finale. My vote is for The Abyss (I remember it being a good movie but it’s probably shat).
