Episode 1 and 2 Binge Listen

Hey guys,

To start with I just today (7/31/17) found your podcast and binge listened at work to the first seven shows (counting the intro), you guys are great! I love the conversational tone. The only one I have to talk about the episodes with is the owner of the company I work for so you can imagine those aren’t as long as I would like. I just ask one thing, keep real life out of it. In the recap of S7 E1 you started in about an analogy for climate change, please just let GOT be fun and not divisive. Keep real politics out, save it for House of Cards.

Now that that is out of the way, I would like to expound on some of the things that you talked about on Thursday after E2. There’s a reason Sam was tasked with copying all those scrolls. He’s going to find something that’s going to send him North. It maybe he finds something about the sword Dawn, but I doubt it. I’m thinking it’s more likely he will chance upon it and bring it with him.

They say the Prince or Princes that will bring the Dawn. not weald the Dawn. I’m thinking that Sam will bring Dawn to John at a time. Everyone we all think will make the end will actually die and Sam will end up on the Iron Throne. Could you think of anyone that would rule more wise and just?

Randle Tarlly will die before he sees his son on the throne so there will be no reconciliation.

I could see Sir Davos surviving and becoming Hand.

Just my thoughts, I wanted to see what you’ll think. Thanks for the great discussion. Keep it up.
