Game Of Thrones Episode 4 SZN 8

Hi you guys. Jake from Southern California here. My take on episode four was one that was much more about underlying feelings characters have towards each other and far less about the actual action that is taking place. From the beginning when we see the somber facial expressions on the faces of Sansa and Dany when lying Jorah and Theon to rest we feel there is a much deeper love the characters had for each other than what really showed on the surface. Then during the celebration we see the awkward moment between many of the characters when Tormund gives his speech about Jon. Jon gives Dany a look that evokes a guilty enjoyment behind it. Dany gives Jon a look of jealousy and entitlement. Sansa gives Dany a look that almost screams “he deserves what he is receiving”. There are countless other examples through out the course of the show wether it be Vary’s and Tyrion’s look of concern when speaking about their feelings of doubt towards Dany or Dany and Greyworm’s disgusted looks at the end of the show that depict their true hatred against Cersei to complete the mission that she had started ages back of trying to rule the seven kingdoms. Overall, I think the writers really wanted us to focus much more on the looks of the characters this episode and the feelings they provoke rather than the actual words being spoken and the actions taking place. Thanks for reading you guys! Huge fan of the show and keep up the great work.
