I wanted to talk a little more about the scene where Little Finger watches Jon leave and that glance he gives Sansa.

I think what he’s observing between the two of them is that they genuinely care for one other; remember when he reminded her in season 6 that Jon is only her half-brother, i think he was really banking on this thwarting Sansa’s opinion of him and was also using this as a way to remind her of how negatively Catelyn viewed him.

Judging by the look on his face (and the lack of its usual smugness) when he comes out of the crypts, I don’t think he expected Jon to choke him out like that nor did he expect Sansa despite being named QUEEN OF THE NORTH to be genuinely sad to see Jon leaving – she lingers and watches him go and doesn’t just turn away and begin ‘Queening’ like i assume many viewers expected her to. It’s probably now just sunk in that he needs to step up his game and continue climbing the ladder because that look he gives to Sansa reminded me of why Little Finger was my biggest concern (politics-wise) before this season began.

P.S. I’m sorry to be a nit-pick but it’s Theeee – yon not Theyyy – yon.

Best,
Grace
