Ghost/Native American Wild Theory

Hey guys,

So after watching the show early Monday morning and then listening to your podcast after my mind started going. So the native Americans, maybe you’re right in theories about them being a second level of protection for the park.

My 1st thought is when we see Dolores gun down one of shadow nation, he is speaking English back to her asking why she shot him. So when you guys mentioned that maybe they don’t understand English, they must because Dolores is speaking English to him and he understands. Which leads me to this theory.

When we see Stubs in the first season, he is trying to make them stop from attacking him. Yet the ghost nation falls to stop in their advance and ultimately capture Stubs. Flash forward to last episode and we see Maeve not being able to control them when she request them to stop. I believe the ghost nation is in place to do the secret data collection we have come to find out of the Delos corporation. This is out there but either they are capturing people’s date for Delos or they are the last line of defense for the park to keep order.

The ghost nation seem to be the only host not affected by what Ford has done or what Ford had originally programmed. Their place in the show is still a mystery but maybe they are a defense to save the park or maybe just secretly do the date mining.
