Hey Guys,

I really like Gene’s fan fiction outline for another season, but here is my own fan fiction for the series finale starting after Jon kills Dany.

Prior to Dany’s death I would keep everything in the series finale the same. My fan fiction may have require another episode or two in the last season.

Sorry that this is longer than five hundred words but I got really into it and couldn’t help myself!

• Drogon kills Jon Snow by fire after finding Dany dead and then melts the Iron Throne. Drogon flies away with Dany’s body as seen in the episode.

• Grey Worm finds Jon Snow charred to a crisp with long claw intact identifying the body as Jon Snow. Grey worm searches for Dany and can’t find her.

• King’s landing becomes restless as the unsullied and Dothraki don’t have a leadership structure in place. Grey worm struggles to maintain peace in Kings Landing without Dany and visits Tyrion (still a prisoner) to tell him about Jon’s death and that he can’t find Dany or Drogon.

• Tyrion suspects that Jon killed Dany before being killed by Drogon but doesn’t tell Grey Worm. Tyrion lies and says that dragons become unpredictable as they age hinting that Drogon may have killed Dany. Grey worm is suspicious of Tyrion’s explanation but reluctantly releases Tyrion from prison to help manage King’s Landing, the Unsullied, and the Dothraki.

• Arya searches for Jon and finds his body. Arya assumes Dany killed Jon and tries to find Dany to kill her.

• Arya finds Tyrion and questions him. Tyrion explains the last conversation he had with Jon and his suspicion that Jon may have killed Dany prior to being killed by Drogon. Tyrion asks Arya to find Bran ASAP to try to find Drogon and figure out what happened to Dany.

• Arya travels back to Winterfell with the Northern army and tells Bran and Sansa that Jon is dead. Sansa is devastated but calculating. Bran reveals to Arya and Sansa that Jon in fact did kill Dany prior to being killed by Drogon. Arya vows to kill Drogon. Bran says that won’t be necessary as Drogon has gone back to Essos.

• There is a token funeral in Winterfell for Jon’s death. Representatives from the Northern houses come back to Winterfell to attend Jon’s funeral.

• Sansa sends a Raven to Tyrion to confirm Jon killed Dany as revealed by Bran. Tyrion burns the letter before anyone else can see it.

• The situation at Kings landing becomes unstable between the Unsullied and the Dothraki without Dany present. Tyrion realized that a new ruler of Kings Landing is needed. Tyrion spreads word to all the houses of Westeros that Dany has died and their will be a meeting to decide the future ruler of Westeros.

• Sansa sensing weakness with the leader less Unsullied and Dothraki forces, rallies the north bannermen one final time to go down to King Landing with a full army to secure the North’s independence.

• The night before the Westeros meeting Tyrion sneaks into the Northern army camp and secretly meets with Bran, Sansa, and Arya. Tyrion argues that for the good of the realm and to maintain peace between the North and Dany’s remaining forces they need to maintain the lie that Drogon killed Dany and not Jon. Arya disagrees and says that nobody will know the sacrifices Jon has made. Bran agrees with Tyrion and convinces Arya to go along with the lie to maintain peace.

• At the Westeros meeting to elect a new ruler Tyrion lies and explains that Dany was killed by Drogon and Jon died trying to save Dany. It looks as if Arya is going to say something but doesn’t. Grey Worm and a few other houses appear unconvinced, but Bran lies and confirms Tyrion’s story.

• Tyrion as the meeting’s organizer (and not as a prisoner) says that even though Dany has died her dream of breaking the wheel and creating a more democratic Westeros can still be achieved. Tyrion nominates Bran as a potential King because he is the three eyed raven, has no heirs, etc. Sansa states that the North will remain independent. Yara Greyjoy states that the Iron Islands will remain independent- nobody objects. Dorn nominates their own potential ruler to the Iron Throne. There is some squabbling over who is allowed to vote and who cannot. It is determined that the North and the Iron Islands still get a vote for the ruler of Westeros even though they will remain independent. A vote is held. Bran wins the vote by a significant margin, but some houses do vote for Dorne nominee.

• Bran’s first act as King is to appoint Tyrion as Hand and come up with a draft constitution. Bran says that the leaders of Westeros families will meet with him once a year to discuss important matters. All Houses appears satisfied with the outcome. Screen fades to black.

• We fast forward to the future to an unidentified period of time. King’s Landing is rebuilt and looks prosperous. And old grandmother tells her grandchild at bed time the story of the Battle of Winterfell and the Warrior Princess killing the Night King just before the battle was completely lost. She goes on to tell the story of the Mad Dragon that nearly destroyed King’s Landing and the North’s King’s failed attempt to save his Queen from the Mad Dragon. Grandma says that after the Mad Dragon disappeared the Houses of Westeros created a constitution and started electing their leaders. The child asks if the stories about the Mad Dragon and the Night King really happened and did the Warrior Princess really kill the Night King? Grandmother replies “Of course”. The child goes to bed. Before the grandmother goes to bed she takes Long Claw out of a closet and looks teary eyed. Long Claw is clearly too big for her. She reaches for a smaller sword and pulls out Needle. Credits roll.
