Jaime’s Brunette Hair?

Hey guys, love the show… I’ll ask two things real quick:

1) Why is Jaime’s hair so dark? When he showed up at Winterfell and removed his hood, he looked like a baratheon bastard!

2) Any chance Arya has the ability to take the form of a white walker since they are dead? Just trying to find the reason she needs this new weapon so bad.
