Does Jon Snow Have More Claim Than Daenerys?

Hey guys,
I hoping you can help settle a debate that I had tonight with my fiancé. Everyone, including myself, says that Jon has more claim because he’s Rhaegar’s last living son. However, the line of succession gets a little fuzzy because Rhaegar was never ACTUALLY crowned king. Let’s say Aerys and Rhaegar both died during the war but the Targaryens never lost the throne to the Lannisters/Baratheons. The crown wouldn’t have gone down to Rhaegars first born son, it would have went to Aerys second born son, right? Now taking into consideration that sex doesn’t seem to be an issue anymore in regards to who rules, Aerys last living child is Dany. So wouldn’t she have more claim than Jon? I hope you guys can help me out and I look forward to hearing your answer!
