Obvious Symbolism With Bran!!!!

Gentlemen,

I enjoy the podcast immensely and bend the knee to you as podcast Kings.

What I haven’t heard is the obvious symbolism with Bran. Tyrion calls him,”Broken Bran.” He is in a wheelchair. He breaks the wheel. Duh!!! ??

I was not surprised at all by Bran or Dani. I had finished Fire and Blood by episode 3 so when Dani turned into a historic dictator, I was not surprised.

Additionally, right before Jon kills Dani, twice there are more book references to “Fire and Blood.” This made me smile as well as of course the homage to The Song Of Ice and Fire.

Some other items of interest… About a year or so ago, George found out his Great Grandfather was actually Jewish. I wonder if the scene at the Red Keep with Dani was symbolic of Hitler. George was on that PBS show about genealogy. I don’t recall the name as I only watched it because of George.

The next two books are The Winds of Winter and The Dreams of Spring. Based on this, one can discern the various screen shots with the transformation of all the Starks for the Winds of Winter. Aria is going west. Jon and Sansa are north. Bran is Southwest??? I dunno exactly but you get the point. The Dreams of Spring is representing the blade of grass growing as the future Wildling King Jon goes beyond the wall.

I was content with the ending but look forward to the books so we can make those connections as to why Jon wasn’t beheaded by Gray Worm or if Drogon is really a very intelligent being. I did get an answer as to why Ghost randomly appeared. Half the time it was like a photobomb shot, but alas Ghost and Jon go beyond the wall together.

Thank you for all your time and dedication to the Podcast.

The Watch is Over.

Christina
