The North Survives

Quick instant cast um actually, Arya slept with Gendry. NOT Podrick.

Quick reflection on that episode, I HAD NO HOPE. I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to watch the next three episodes. I didn’t care about Cersei, I didn’t care about what main characters died, I just wanted humanity to somehow make it. My emotions were drained, then Arya Stark saved the day and my sanity! I’m pumped and amazed.

So let’s talk future, Daenerys has lost the Dothraki almost completely, Greyworm had to sacrifice the unsullied to protect the retreat. All we have left is the main characters basically with a few stragglers from each army represented in the Battle. (Minus the dead) Before the night went dark and the battle began let us remember that Dany was struggling to gain the loyalty of the North. She was being arrogant and power hungry. She had two large army’s and two healthy dragons.

From what I can see the North has more survivors than anyone else, so now Dany has no choice. She has to come to an agreement with Sansa and promise the North that if they fight for her against Cersei, they will never bend the knee again.

My predictions for the next 3 episodes:

Ep 4: Take a body count, regroup, come to an agreement on who rules what, solve any residual rifts from before the Battle of Winterfell.

Ep 5: The final war, Cersei’s demise, Dany’s thirst for power possibly getting her killed.

Ep 6: I 100% believe that Sansa will have the North, along with Arya and Bran. If Dany lives Jon will stand by her. If she dies, I believe Jon will die fighting for her as well. His family and the north are safe, so he will stand for Dany.
