Love the show. After listening to the small council (Episode 28) a cool theory popped into my head. Another listener wrote in about the Night King potentially marching his army down to King’s Landing instead of Winterfell. This show is one in which many women have found themselves in positions of power (Sansa, Yara, Dani, Olenna, just to name a few). However, one faction that does not have any women in leadership roles is the army of the dead. This lead me to theorize that if the Night King did attack/conquer King’s Landing, what if Cersei became the Night Queen. While it seems a bit outlandish, she is as evil as we’ve seen her up to this point and is also an enemy of those in Winterfell. Just a thought.
