Who is Grace?
Remember that there was a blurb where HBO had a release of Elsie saying, “Hello. Can anyone hear me” (or something to that effect)? Why would they do that? They would do that because SOMEONE heard it. Grace is there to rescue Elsie.

Theory
Grace works for QA and is a friend of our girl Elsie and cut from the same cloth – takes no prisoners and takes no shit or maybe is Elsie’s SISTER/RELATIVE. Afterall, she has been missing for some time now. As a member of QA Grace has done rotations in the park (thus knows the exits, shortcuts and best chance of survival locations) and what is to stop QA from enjoying the park from time to time? Who knows – maybe it’s a job requirement – it would make sense.

I believe she is looking for Elsie. The map is probably an uncharted area where Elsie is – which is why it is sketched out. The map doesn’t exist in real form for her to access. Remember there was a lot of off the grid landscape out there when Bernie went to the deep levels in search of the woodcutter with the satellite uplink. Afterall, Ford did have his entire family stashed away for decades and no one knew.

Elsie may even be in an underground area where the drone hosts are. That could be why Grace has a diagram drawn on her map. I’m sure there’s more than 1 location for the drones to collect the newcomer’s bodily fluids and experiences. The location that Charlotte and Bernie were in did not seem large. More importantly, they are unmanned and Elsie would have terminal access (as we saw from Charlotte contacting her mysterious overlords) to the outside.

If I’m wrong (and I don’t think I am), then I’m going with Grace is a journalist (viva la Futureworld) and has inside information from someone.
