Maybe this has already been floated, but it just occurred to me that Bernard might be “the weapon” that Deloris is seeking. She hasn’t seen him since her awakening. She’s looking to destroy everyone and everything. He is part of the mesh/web that connects them all and is the ultimate host creator.
