Maybe this is crazy but after Dany tells Tyrion that his next mistake will be his last. He walks away and she calls out that she has caught his brother. I think she deliberately set him up to see if he would betray her. He did. She found out and that may be what helped set off her rage. Kind of like sure Tyrion I will wait for the bells alright! What I love about this theory is it makes Dany look less like the Mad Queen and more like the Angry betrayed one
