Dear ShatonTV,

Brilliant episode, We were talking about ghost nation several episodes ago, and we wanted a deeper story for the native Americans, one that didn’t involve them being blood thirsty savages. Well, how ironic is it that not only are they far from murderous savages, but Ake (AkSHATa, see what I did there) and his tribe might be the most evolved and intellectual faction of the show. I personally love how they used the native American perspective on how they understand the park and events happening. It was also nice how they showed you in just one episode, how everything came about, the maze, the events in between the two incidents, and they had a nice story to boot tied in a nice little bow.

We see again that empathy and love, family and friendship plays a role in hosts breaking their codes. Through empathy and suffering these hosts have evolved, Maeve and Ake more specifically, and it leads me to this bigger question. What does it really say about Dolores, is she truly woke, and more pressing, is Dolores just a distraction made by Ford, to take attention of ghost nation, and possibly Bernard? Delores doesn’t seem to have that strong personal relationship backing her evolution (besides Arnold, which seems to be a huge contrast to the other relationships we are shown directly leading to consciousness.)

One last question that went unanswered, we do not know why ghost nation seems to be peaceful towards humans. I look forward to any speculation you may have as to why they is. Are they possibly just showing you that there are peaceful hosts and violent hosts, or is there a specific reasoning ghost nation has, and possibly with the idea being assimilation into humanity?

Oh btw lol, Logan was in obvious withdrawal in the desert as well, never trust a junkie. Was I the only one who thought his testicles were crushed riding on a horse naked for a very long time? All of it, including what you already mentioned, contributed to his mental breakdown.

Two episodes to go,
– Kenny P
