American Gods, Guys!

Hey, I hear what you’re saying, y’all. The first episode would have been confusing to a virgin eye. But, guys, that’s the point. Shadow doesn’t believe in gods among us. He lives in the world we inhabit. He thinks that Wednesday is a con man. He is convinced that Mad Sweeney is just really good at coin tricks. If it was clear that they were gods right off the bat, it wouldn’t be true to the book. I predict that, by episode 3, Shadow will actually get it, but at this point, we can’t have the real reveal because Shadow hasn’t had the real reveal, yet. -Cassie W
