Arnold Never Existing Question

Hey Guys,

I know you guys are really strong on the Arnold never existing and only ever being in AI theory. Part of your strongest argument, which I originally agreed with as well and also used to bug me, was that no one seemed to recognize Bernard as Arnold. Why did we all jump to the conclusion, myself included, that Bernard was created physically in Arnold’s image? There was nothing that I can think of that should have suggested Bernard looked like the OG Arnold. Why did we make this assumption in the first place? Wouldn’t it have been more logical to assume that Ford would have wanted to hide the fact that he had just uploaded a human in to a robot, by placing the intelligence in to something that would drive zero suspicion towards him doing so-IE a completely fabricated body?

We have all come to believe that a number of host/human consciousness could be anywhere, but that never seemed part of the original Bernarnold line of thought.

Lee up the good work and keep pronouncing Bernard’s name right. Ber. Nard.
