Hello,

I believe in the William is Dr.Ford origin story which would explain why he pretty much says the same thing as Dr.Ford said about the park and its experience.

Also, would explain his tear when he speaks with Delores. Dr.Ford loved Delores which is where William is right now falling in love. The maze is the ultimate control of the park which is how Dr.Ford got his abilities. The name doesn’t matter because it’s just a name anyone can take over a name and pretend to be someone else. Also if you’re going to make an origin story why not make it about Dr.Ford he seems to be the main character.
