Arya Arya A Ry Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Have a Theory? Share It Now!

Hey Guys,

Wow what an episode. Arya coming in for the win on the Night King. Did I see it coming? NO I DID NOT! In that moment I have never felt more excited then confused in my life. Does that mean she is The Princess that was Promised? Does it mean that the Faceless men are the hero’s of this story? No it means that D&D ended it the way they wanted to plain and simple. I am upset we didn’t get more prophecy, but then again I had stated that I didn’t think the show would go that deep into the book prophecies. They pretty much created their own. I don’t watch the show because I think it will be exactly what GRRM does. I watch it because it has been amazing.

I had many friends that were upset. HOW CAN YOU BE UPSET??? Arya flew out of that fog like a damn BANSHEE, and in that moment Samantha jumped into my arms and we started screaming and crying going nuts bathing in victory. Meanwhile my parents sat back wondering if we had maintained our sanity. Also it isn’t like they pulled it out of their asses. There was plenty history lined up for it to make perfect sense. GOT surprised us again and I personally had a great time.

The folks saying that this made the Long Night look easy and not near terrifying enough I have this question. Did that look easy? The Dothraki’s last ride, when all of those lights started going out I could feel the sweat on my neck collecting. I honestly thought everyone on the front line died when that charge hit them. I just thought ah fuck really, but that is what GOT has done so well when they show you what looks like a death you believe it. You don’t think oh they made it you think ah damn they are dead. That is how good this show is. GOT honestly had everyone believing 50%-60% of the main characters would die this episode. That was another shock that they made it through. It felt so good to know that Brienne, Jaime, Ghost, Tormond, and Pod didn’t die. Because I would have bet any amount of money that 4/5 were going. If you don’t think enough people died you obviously didn’t see the importance of the Dothraki in the Loot Train Battle.

Others saying this means Cersei is the big bad. I have a comment for that as well. GRRM has always said he loved the(spoiler alert) Scourging of the Shire in Lord of the Rings. After the ring is destroyed our 4 hobbits return home thinking they will have their happily ever after. When they arrive they realize the Shire has been over run by orcs lead by Saruman. Cersei is the the Scourge. The fact that even if you and your comrades come together and overcome your differences and win victory over the wicked life goes on. There are still plenty of evil things out there.

I might be getting ahead of myself Cersei may not be the Scourge per say. She could be the diversion for the Scourge. I think after the war with Cersei we get our truly bittersweet moment.

A Time for Wolves.

I don’t know if y’all want real predictions or not if not just ignore, but I can see once it is all over Sansa and Arya removing anyone in their way. .
Always many thanks guys. Congratulations on the viewership it really can’t happen to a better group of people. Keep up the good work.
