Could MIB William Be A Host? I Like The Idea…

I’m feeling that MIB is Ford’s creation and Ford is leading William to his own realisation that he is in fact a host. It would address a number of of the plot line threads in series 1 and 2.

Emily / Grace is there just to progress
MIB through his narrative. MIB is addressing his cornerstones, his causation in the suicide of his wife. Might explain MIBs interaction with little Ford and Lar’s daughter… Is this all about Ford leading MIB through his ‘journey into darkness’ to become sentient.

This rabbit hole is holding water for me, I’d love to hear your views of how wrong I am.
