Ok, this might be way out there… but heck, this is Westworld, so who knows.

Spoilers…

Is it possible the Bernard at the end of the ep and who washed up on the beach is not the same Bernard who we see right after the events of last season and who is on the run with Charlotte? Yes, there appears to be a time jump. He certainly could be the same character. But maybe not? At some point we will likely get duplicate clones. This seems like a possibility to me.
