(due to early build wireless connection or maybe MIB has been updating Dolores via secret code uploaded out of park) Seeing what the Man in Black has done to her over the years and kills herself.

This causes Man in Black to return to the park and find the MAZE which is where Hosts can kill humans. He wants to be killed by Dolores.

Regardless” I believe a big reveal will be who MIB/William’s wife is.
