What Ever Happened to Kissy?

Hey guys,

Whatever happened to Kissy? Once the man in black scalped him we never saw him again. Shouldn’t the techs have been able to find him, repair him and get him back out there?

I’m a believer in the multiple timeline theory and I think we will see Kissy again but it will be William and Logan who come across him. Do you guys have theories as to what happened to our favorite card dealer?

Answer:
The actor who played Kissy, Eddie Rouse, passed away in 2014 after filming his appearance in The Original. Jonathan Nolan said they had “a very cool character arc laid out for his character,” but they chose not to recast Kissy and rewrote the scripts to leave the performance, Rouse’s last, intact.
