I’ll try to keep this short.

My biggest takeaway from episode 4 is that Dany is slipping into madness like her father. She is power-hungry and paranoid. Many hints point to her madness. Varys points out her “mental state.” She has the crazy eyes. I think losing Jorah and her second dragon are enough to push her over the edge. She claims she wants to free the world from tyrants, and in so doing she is becoming a tyrant.

My 2 predictions for the ending are:

1. Dany ends up on the throne as the mad queen ruling over the ashes. This would be frustrating, but in true GoT fashion. Wouldn’t it be just like GoT to show us the futility of the game?

2. Jon ends up on the throne after Dany’s own hunger for power causes her to meet her end.

I don’t know if any of this makes sense to you guys. looking forward to the Deep Dive podcast. I love listening every week.
