Game Of Thrones Episode 3

Hey Guys,

I just listened to the instacast and noticed it was mentioned how you weren’t expecting the battle to end at Winterfell. I’ve actually read a lot of reviews about that from people live casting their thoughts and saying they think the episode will end in a cliff hanger to some people outright saying they won’t watch the rest of the season because they were so upset that this battle was over and the Night King defeated.

I just want to offer this observation. If you watched the Graham Norton show on April 12, when Kit Harington was on- he told us that the battle would only be one episode. We all should have saw this coming. The fact that this epic, biggest battle ever filmed for tv, raised the budget of the season by 1/3, conclusion was only going to be one episode, there really was nothing else to do but kill the Night King. So to all those disappointed in the battle because of the low death count or because it is over the best thing to reflect on isn’t “was it what you expected” but “were you entertained”?

Also a thinker. Kit said in that interview that he took a life size statue of Jon Snow home after filming. We haven’t seen this statue on the show yet… but we have seen many statues of character in the crypts.
