Game of Thrones Season 8 Theory

Hello!

I’m not usually one for posing my own theories to stories, for books or for TV, though I do enjoy listening to them, and as I’m sure you have a mountain of emails, I’ll get to the point. A thought occurred to me this morning after watching the finale that I thought I’d share, specifically regarding the newly turned dragon, Viserion. In the episode, Dany repeats the line, A dragon is not a slave, last seen in season 3(?) in which she makes the deal to trade a dragon for the Unsullied. The dragon refuses to go with its new master, and remains loyal to Dany, proceeding to burn the man alive. My theory, is that this will play some role in the future when Dany eventually will most likely have to face Viserion in the Great War. It’s not a totally fleshed out theory, as that’s as far as it goes, but I’m sure I’m not the only one who has made that connection. I’d love to hear yours and other’s thoughts on the idea.
