Got Question – Cersei Not Pregnant

Morning guys,
Love the podcast, just listened to the insta cast for episode 5 and it should be mandatory for every GOT fan to listen to. Anyway just my take but I don’t believe Cersei is really pregnant. Jamie is clearly a defeated man after his encounter with Dany and the dragons. Cersei knows Jamie thinks the war is over, they are literally toast. It makes sense that she would concoct a story that she is pregnant to regain his allegiance after his meeting with Tyrion and more importantly to give him purpose. Also let’s not forget the prophecy that the witch Maggy told Cersei that she would have 3 children and all would die before her. Those prophecies came true and that she would marry a king also came true. I think this is her way of exploiting Jamie and when it comes out that she is not pregnant it may be the final straw that forces his hand (just one) to become the queen slayer. Hope to get some feedback from you guys!
