GOT Season 8

First off, love the podcast. It was the first and only GOT podcast I listen to. I wanted to chime in after hearing your season 8 preview podcast. Don’t you guys think that if the wights end up on top then the whole 8 seasons was a waste!? I mean I know it’s GOT but I don’t want to see the white walkers win. I agree with you guys though that I don’t want the ending to be obvious or something that seems cliche. I wouldn’t wind seeing Danerys get the throne since I’ve been cheering for her since day 1 but I don’t want her to get the throne easily or without losing something. *not a spoiler* I’ve seen an interview with her where she seemed to hint that the show would end without giving the fans closure. I think maybe she gets the throne, looses everyone she loves except her dragons and maybe has traces of the mad king start to show through her. I’m very nervous that the writers won’t give the show the ending it deserves. The show has been pure genius and quality from day 1 and an unfitting ending would crush the legacy of the show, to me at least. I hope they do what they have done for 7 years and not try changing things now. Anyway, I will be listening to all three episodes of the show each week and celebrating the last run of what is the greatest show of my lifetime! Enjoy it guys!!
