Hale: Part 2 – Mirrors

Sorry for the second email but after some rethinking and rewatching, I came to more realizations about my previous email. I had made the suggestion that the host in Hale could be possibly be Dolores before Wyatt and looking at the emphasis of mirrors and the mirror world Dolores mentions to Caleb (the simulation in which Rehoboam runs copy of everyone, cycling through possibilities and predictions I’m sure which takes from Black Mirror episode Hang the DJ), it makes sense that the only person Dolores would trust and be possessive over would be a herself 🙂 That’s why she places so much confidence and faith in her getting the job done because she knows herself the best. But even then when Dolores’ possible neglect on her self (host Hale) grows, will host Hale be remade to be a new person with a new anchor (Hale’s son)? Another underlying theme of shedding our true individuality for survival and revenge? Does Dolores predict her becoming attached? Anyway I just think host Hale will be possibly be the most interesting character journey we might see, another reimagining, re-emergency, and reborn of Dolores circa Wyatt.
