I’m Experiencing LOST All Over Again!

Guys, I can’t believe I am experiencing this again. Another amazing show that falls apart in the last season. After the disaster of LOST season 6, I remember the writers trying to defend themselves by saying ” LOST was never about the island, the smoke monster, the numbers, or the dharma initiative. It was about the characters, their journey and relationships.” They spent years teasing us with mystery only to ignore it all in the last season. I believe we are seeing the exact same thing happening in GOT. 7 seasons of white walker,dead army mystery tossed aside to focus on which character will sit on the throne. 7 years of setting the rules for the world, teasing us with mystery and then just abandon it all to tell a diffrent story.It took one episode for the writers to wash their hands of all the mystery and lore that kept us coming back year after year. I only pray the books will choose a different path. This show was amazing in how it paid attention to detail and presented things in a way that could be explained logically ( minus some of the magic)…… until this season.

* Carry an undead in a box, no problem. Put it in a stone crypt, it’s busting out. * Daenerys still has an army after episode 3?
* Daenerys was was flying in the air but could not see the fleet with ballista’s mounted on the front? * Undead army stuck at the burning trenches and no archers shoot? * PUT SOME FUCKING ARMOR ON THE DRAGONS !

Thanks for the amazing podcast! Unfortunately this show will not give the ending that the fans deserve, but at least the upcoming books still give us hope. Max Lester
