Big D mentioned that there was never doubt of victory, and lacked that turn. I agree completely. Upon second thought, you can say that it made Daenerys’ decision to torch the place that much more surprising. The juxtaposition of The fact that victory was never out of hand, and she STILL burned the whole thing down, only confirms the extremism of her decision. Just a thought.
