Is Cal Dr. Manhattan?

I know you’re not much into tinfoil hats these days. But have you entertained the theory that Cal IS dr Manhattan in human? A ton of clues point that way. Could it just be an Easter egg type thing? Sure.

Even on top of all the clues now its explained that they ( Angela and Cal) met in Vietnam? Cals explanation of Judd not being in heaven and not being anywhere is very Manhattan-esque.
