Jon Snow’s Non-Death In the GOT Finale

Hey guys, just wanted to comment on something Gene said (and Big D agreed with) on the finale instacast. That would be that he was surprised that Grey Worm was satisfied with Jon’s banishment and that the story might have been better had Jon Snow died. Well, maybe. But haven’t we already done “Jon Snow died for our sins” and really, hasn’t the guy suffered enough? Betrayed by his family, shattered by the revelation of his lineage, beset by doubts about his lover/queen and then having to kill her? I say he ‘s done his penance and then some. And then to die for slaying Daenerys to satisfy Grey Worm, a newly minted war criminal and murderer? If Drogon chose to let Jon live after killing Daeny, I don’t see Grey Worm having standing to complain.

Just a thought.
