Here is what I don’t understand about the tower. The idea is that the tower is used to control humans but how was it built? If you need it to control the whole world wouldn’t there be a lot of questions while one of the largest buildings in the world? Even if it is in a park that is not New York people would still have questions about this huge tower that was being built. I have to believe that other countries and their intelligence services would be monitoring this giant building of mysterious purpose. If on the other hand, you control people to the point that there are no questions or they can’t see it then why do you need the tower?
